THE NATIONAL PROCEDURES FOR THE EU MEMBER STATES
The procedures for driver licensing and vehicle inspection as applicable in the different Member States are given. The focus of the description is on the fitness to drive and the driving ability determination, as far as relevant for disabled drivers. These procedures are written in a standardised format.
